For me, it's all about the song. Whether I'm singing my own songs – catchy, engaging and carefully crafted – or covers that I love by some of the world's best songwriters, I put everything into every song.
I spent more than two decades playing throughout Europe in pubs and at parties but these days I'm focused on concerts, where the audience is there to listen rather than to chat. It's always entertaining, however it's not background music.

you're looking for an uplifting mix of original songs and great covers, and the stories behind them, get in touch. (The video doesn't capture the magic, but it'll give you a sample of some of my songs...)

I can play anything from 45 minutes up to two hours, always with a mix of my own songs and songs by artists such as James Taylor, Neil Finn, the Beatles, Josh Ritter, Damien Rice, various other Irish contemporary folk artists (Christy Moore, Luka Bloom, Jimmy McCarthy, etc...).
