Grundsätzlich stellt der Veranstalter bzw. die Lokalität das Equipment, welches die obengenannten Komponenten beinhalten muss, zur Verfügung. Bei privaten Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstag-Partys etc. wird der Künstler mit der gesamten Technik gebucht, die im Normalfall eine Auf-/Abbau-Zeit von einer bis zwei Stunden benötigt.
